MATH - GERMS GO AWAY!

A playful and interactive math game that combines early numeracy with essential hygiene awareness. Children learn counting and basic operations while understanding the importance of handwashing and sanitization through a fun, hands-on activity.

Age Group:

4 to 7 years

Pack Includes:

• 2 Hand cards (A5 Size).
• 15 Cards with images and the number of germs to add.
  
• 15 Cards with images of sanitizer and the number of germs to subtract.
• Colourful pom-pom germs.

How to play:

• Single Player:

  1. Take a hand mat.
  2. Shuffle the cards and place them face down.
  3. Pick one card at a time.
  4. If it’s a Germ Card → Add the same number of pom-pom germs onto the hand.
  5. If it’s a Sanitizer Card → Remove the specified number of germs from the hand.
  6. Continue until all cards are used.
  7. Count the germs left on the hand at the end.

  Two Players:

  1. Each player takes one hand mat.
  2. Shuffle and place cards face down.
  3. Player 1 picks a card and adds/removes germs accordingly.
  4. Player 2 repeats the step.
  5. Continue alternately until all cards are used.
  6. The player with the fewest germs on their hand mat wins.

  Important Rule:

  • If the first card picked is a sanitizer card, place it back at the bottom of the stack.
