MATCH IT - SLICE THE FRUITS

An engaging matching activity where children pair fruit halves with their whole fruit. This hands-on activity helps children understand fruits, their internal structures, and builds logical thinking, observation, and memory skills through interactive play.

Age Group:

3 to 6 years

Pack Includes:

• 21 cards with images of whole fruits (A7 Size).
• 21 Cards with images of the sliced fruits (A7 Size).

How to play:

• Child needs to pick a fruit half and observe its internal features and match it to the correct whole fruit.
  

• Encourage discussion with prompts like:

  • What fruit is this?
  • What do you see inside?
  • Does it have seeds or patterns?

Game Extensions:

• Sort fruits by seed type (with seeds / without seeds).
• Group fruits by colour or size.
• Memory matching game (face-down cards).
• Discuss taste (sweet, sour) and textures.
