Introduce children to different food groups and healthy eating habits through an engaging hands-on activity. Children learn to identify, classify and sort foods, building essential thinking, observation and early life skills through play.

• 6 mats of various food groups namely Grains, Meat & Seafood, Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts and Dairy (A5 Size).
• Loose images of various food items.

How to play:

• Child needs to recognize and match the food to the respective mat.

Game Extensions:

• Ask children to name foods they eat daily from each group.
• Sort foods into healthy vs junk categories.
• Memory game – Show cards, hide them, and ask the child to recall the food item.
  
• Odd one out- Place 4 cards and ask which one does not belong and why.
